  I was put off when I was greeted at the door and she said nothing to me but was talking to her coworkers in another language and laughing. During my eyebrow wax she kept combing and combing my eyebrows which you know is a bad sign because it means they messed up a spot. Afterwards she did not offer me a mirror or give me anything to soothe the redness. I asked her for Aloe Vera and instead she put oil which always makes me break out. Without saying a word I'm just standing there and then I asked her if I should meet her at the register and she says yes. I finally get to my car and I noticed my eyebrows are completely mismatched. I'm embarrassed even to go outside.

  Very nice place. Beautiful decorations. Lady I got was rude. Kept yanking my arm and giving attitude because my hand was relaxed enough. Showed her an easy pic of what I wanted and she messed it up. My nails are uneven also. Won't be going back
