  I bought a battery from them, they brought it out to my car. Just as I was to close the hatch something caught my eye. I looked closer at the battery. It was used! It has been wiped clean, but, there were marks left from the previous retaining brackets and the date stickers had been marked- years old.
  I went back in and told them. They apologized, and gave me a new one. The manager apologized later on the phone but didn't know for sure how it got mixed up. I understand mistakes can be made, but he also couldn't explain why it was wiped clean.
